Maesbury Heritage Walk

Maesbury Heritage Walk

Most of the walk is along lanes and the gravel towpath, with three short sections across fields.

This is a circular walk, apart from the optional extension to St. Winifred's Well, so you can start at any point, and go in either direction.

The links below go to pages giving some commentary about Maesbury's history and heritage, more details of the route will be added soon....

  1. Wat's Dyke (the line by the stream on the left of the map)
  2. The Montgomery Canal Towpath (along the bottom of the map)
